The GT Universe team is extremely creative, great with communication and the events we've ran with them have been fun and flawlessly executed. They worked collaboratively with our team to take our national marketing programs and “localize” them to the Chicago market. They ran the entire program from start to finish! Last minute changes and updates were never seen as a burden and in the end we got a GREAT recap from the team with photos, videos, sales stats, and impression & consumer feedback. I would 100% recommend them for programs large and small.
